* We recommend completing the registration process on a computer versus a mobile device. Our website is not as user friendly on mobile devices. Sorry!

For the 2025-2026 club season, the Telluride Volleyball Club registration process will be online.

Online registration will be available from November 15th, 2025 through December 1st, 2025 (2-weeks).
NO late registrations will be accepted.
ALL registrations must be completed via the website; NO other forms of registration will be accepted.

Upon successfully completing the registration process, you will receive an email from telluridevolleyballclub@gmail.com confirming the athlete's registration. Please note it may take up to 72-hours to receive this email.

Release of Liability

Step #3 * required

Complete the following form either by hand or electronically (please note, to complete electronically you will need PDF editing software) and return via email to: telluridevolleyballclub@gmail.com.

USAV Player Medical Release

Step #4 * required

Submit payment by selecting the appropriate payment button below.

Please note, either a partial payment toward 2025-2026 club dues OR complete payment of 2025-2026 club dues is required. Without payment, the athlete's registration is not complete/valid.

If you would like to apply for financial aid, complete the following form either by hand or electronically (please note, to complete electronically you will need PDF editing software) and return via email to: telluridevolleyballclub@gmail.com.

Please note, the deadline to apply for financial aid is December 7th, 2025.
